What shipping carriers do you use?

We work with a range of carriers, including FedEx, DHL, and UPS. We will select the carrier for your purchase based on the item’s origin and shipping destination, as well as any special packaging and handling requirements.

When will I receive my order?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 10 to 14 business days. However, the processing and shipping times vary according to the purchased item, its origin, and the shipping destination.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number(s). You can also check the status of your package and the estimated delivery date online by using the tracking number with the respective carrier service.

Can I combine my orders into a single shipment?

Typically, we cannot combine multiple items into a single shipment as our art pieces may be shipped from different locations. If you have any questions about multiple shipments, please email spore@yanggallery.com.sg.

Can I return my order?

All sales are considered final. We are unable to accept the return of any art piece except in the case of damage during shipment.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

We wrap your items very carefully to prevent them from being damaged during shipment. However, should you receive a damaged art piece, please contact our customer service officers at spore@yanggallery.com.sg within 7 days of receipt. Please provide us with your name, order number, photographs of the damaged item and a description detailing the damage to the art piece. Our staff will contact you and provide assistance on the steps to take.
