Eric Oostendorp is an Australian, a Professional Sports Coach and a Sculptor currently living in Singapore. Over the last 15 years he has discovered a love for sculpting the human physique in sports action.
His passion and interest in Sports has been a lifelong pursuit. Eric gained his love of sports and competition from his father who was a representative swimmer in Australia. He played many sports and always pushed himself to excel.
Eric followed his interest and studied Physical Education at University which enabled him to appreciate more deeply Human Movement, Anatomy and Skill Acquisition.
Eric began sculpting with wood whilst still at home and then drawing Australian Wildlife for a gallery during his later years at school. The artistic gene He gained from his talented mother who painted whilst he was at home and who taught eric about shading and perspective.
